Providers: How Does It Work?
Step 1. Create an Account
Once you download the app, click the "ENROLL NOW" button at the bottom of the screen. You will then be prompted to complete a quick questionnaire to get started. Once submitted - our App Success manager will reach out to walk through features!
Step 2. Click on Documents
Once you are enrolled, begin using the app! You can begin to chat, manage appointments, invite other patients and professionals and share documents!
Step 3. Upload Your Documents
As an enrolled HIPAASafe Health Professional, you will receive a unique code to share with your patients to add you as a provider in the app. This will give patients the ability to request a chat or video call in an easy to use, secure location.

The app is a 1 time charge of $0.99 through the Apple or Google store! In addition – providers can choose which level of service they would like to subscribe to. Base level service starts at $129 / month.
Please download the app and follow the prompts to be auto verified with your NPI and enrolled!
If your doctor is opted into the feature, the answer us ABSOLUTELY!
Yes! As long as you have added your provider with their unique code and they allow you to have access to the chat feature with them, this is allowed.
Yes! However, after you log in for the first time, the app with recognize you by phone number and send a secure text to access your account each time after.
If you forget your password you can choose to reset password or contact support@myhipaasafe.com for additional help.
