Patients: How Does It Work?
Step 1. Create an Account
Once the app is downloaded, click MY INFORMATION and begin filling out your demographics to create a seamless sharing of information with providers when requested
Step 2. Click on Documents
Begin importing your documents! These can be imported from email, dropbox, Google Drive storage or scanned if you have the physical document in front of you
Step 3. Upload Your Documents
Upload any documents that are important to have on hand at any time. Health insurance cards, recent imaging, bloodwork, chart noted or prescriptions

Providers have 2 options to opt into using the app. Both are paid options (Basic and Unlimited). To explore these options further – please contact support to be enrolled.
If your doctor is opted into the feature, the answer us ABSOLUTELY!
Yes! As long as you have added your provider with their unique and they allow you to have access to the chat feature with them, this is allowed.
Yes! However, after you log in for the first time, the app with recognize you by phone number and send a secure text to access you’re account each time after.
If you forget your password you can choose to reset password or contact support@myhipaasafe.com for additional help.
